DaMoma 0 Posted August 30, 2021 I hope I posted this in the proper forum. I just purchased an USCutter MH871 Installed it and the software that came with it. Windows 7 Comport 1 Hookup Can anyone tell me why my Flexi sign pro 10 is not polling? I get the error: "Cutter is not responding to poll size" I have uninstalled, re installed, check connection etc. It will cut but not poll Thank you! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted August 30, 2021 you also need to install the ftdi driver for the plotters usb emulation chipset for the plotter to communicate with the computer - - - this plotter uses a cheaper shipset and it not a regular usb set up like your printer would be - - - - Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
