slice&dice 2,450 Posted January 30, 2021 Hello my friend, sorry to hear this problem exists. What you describe is a POWER-SUPPLY issue. There are not too many screws to remove from the bottom of the unit for accessing this part. Also, make sure it's unplugged before you take off the plate underneath the cutter!
