FC8000 HELP

Hi!
I'm Anderson Firmino and I speak from Brazil.
I have two Graphtec FC8000 machines and both are having problems that I cannot solve.
on 1 of the machines, the cutting head does not go down and on the other machine, when I call, the cutting head goes down completely and doesn’t go up any more,

In my city there are no stores that work with Graphtec and the technicians who supported me stated that the problem could be flat cables.

We changed all the flat cables and it didn't solve the problem.

I will probably have to change the shaving head plates: PN7071-05B PEN JOINT BOARD (this is probably the same board as the FC6000)
I can't find this piece in Brazil! Would anyone be able to contact graphtec and get these plates for me? Maybe sell me via ebay or paypal? thanks!
