Guest Dusty Posted October 18, 2020 Started my computer and cutter to try and get caught up on some orders today. When I go to send the item to be cut, and I click on the button to send it to the cutter. The send to cutter isnt highlighted!! I can cut items that are in the spooler just cant send new items to the cutter... ugh HELP lol. Also I noticed when I tried to export my work to save it it popped up a box that said that this wasnt available that program wasnt activated... been using it for months... what do I need to do to get it to wotk???
