mikster 0 Posted August 6, 2020 Hi So I have a Graphtec7000 54" plotter used to cut tint film. I just notice that the roller is leaving grit marks onto my tint film as it rolls over the material. I am aware of the pinch roller pressure lever that i can switch up for lower pressure and down for stronger pressure however switching it upwards still leave marks. MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 6, 2020 Most any vinyl cutter will leave grit marks on vinyl/tint. But when you remove the backing and apply the viny/tint the marks are gone. I think I can minimize the roller marks by running my 40" material with 2 pinch rollers on the edge ends of the material instead of running 3 rollers.
