fc5100 changed usb now pen don't work

hi so i changed the usb d port today took the main board off to do so and re assembled but pen does not work under test or in main menu ?

 

any ideas please

I would reseat all the connections - the carriage (if referring to the blade holder not dropping) cable could be not seated or slightly ajar - hopefully you had static protection on your wrist and didn't damage the mainboard - rarely happens but seen it lots more on printer mainboards than plotters

thanks yeah been through the connectors etc and no i didn't ;( hoping its not that going to check if the down pressure has gone to zero later as i did a reset too
