Graphtec CE 5000 " BOOT START ERROR "

Hello, I need support for an old Graphtec CE 5000 - 120.

I tried using Cutting Master 3 and was asked to update the plotter.
I followed all the steps, everything was correct and at the end the plotter shows the error "BOOT START ERROR"
I believe I need to go back to the previous or original firmware but I can't find it and I can't connect via USB to the PC anymore.
the version I had before trying to update was version 3.20HL
Has anyone been through this and can help me?

this is why so often we say , if it ain't broke don't fix it - I am not sure I have seen anyone fix a bad firmware update without a very expensive mainboard replacement - that and graphtec will want you to take it to a graphtec service center for that.  I would have no idea where to refer you to in Brazil . . .
