SusanBN 0 Posted June 22, 2020 The blade fits snug in the tool holder, but the tool holder doesn't attach to the carriage - it slides into place but there is no mechanism to hold it in. So when it cuts, it slides in and out of the carriage - it hasn't completely fallen off, but I am worried that I won't get the precision I need if the blade isn't properly fixed to the carriage. I am not the original owner so the company refused to help me and I don't know what it is supposed to look like. We've searched and can't find any guidance. Thanks! To see if the blade holder arm is broken or what your problem could be. A Vinyl Express R11 series is a rebranded Redsail vinyl cutter.. They were/are sold at Signwarehouse.
