419designs 0 Posted June 13, 2020 When I put the media in and lock the rollers, press sheet, it’s scans the media thru forward and then backwards and just keep going until the media is out. How would I fix this issue? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted June 13, 2020 Is this a new cutter? The sensor is looking for the end of the sheet. Make sure the sensor is covered. Or it may have stopped working. I personally turned my media sensor and pinch roller sensor off on day 1. 12 years ago. Those are in background settings. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted June 13, 2020 If you put a roll in and hit sheet it will unroll the entire roll looking for the end of that sheet, that is why if it is a roll , you select roll 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
