jhon 0 Posted June 7, 2020 good afternoon, i bought a graphtec ce5000-60, the problem is that i can't communicate between it and the computer. I'm using graphtec studio, and cutting master 3. I've already installed the drivers but without any success. on another computer the plotter works perfectly, on mine with win10 64bit, it doesn't work. sorry, my english is really bad. MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted June 7, 2020 Make sure the cutter command is on GP-GL. That is the command for Graphtec soft ware. I don't use those Graphtec softwares. I only use Flexi software. Also use a com port 4 or lower. It says com 5. Make sure the driver installed correctly. reboot your computer after installing the driver. Cutting Master is used with Adobe illustrator or Corel design software. Try a different USB cable. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
