Cutter stops cutting halfway through design

I've got a Titan 2 cutter and vinylmaster cut software, I import a eps logo and all is outlined and send to cutter but then cutter stops halfway or 3/4 way through cut and doesn't do anything and no errors, I've tried all of the emulation languages for the cutter, what elese could this be, I'm using the direct USb setting and the cord that came with the machine, any input would help, it will run a test cut fine though or one letter,number etc.

first I would try another usb cable to rule that out - the titan2  has a great usb chipset so that usually isn't the problem - if trying a different usb doesn't work and it is new I would call support Monday

How large is your file? how large are you trying to cut?
