MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted May 8, 2020 are you pushing the ENTER button after lowering the pinch roller arm? Is this a new cutter to you? Or has this problem just started after having the cutter for years? There is a sensor in the back that can see the media. Maybe it is not working or dirty. MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted May 8, 2020 sensors and electronics do go out. If the sensor can't read the media, then it is not going to work. That cutter is getting pretty old. See if you can find the sensor . Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
