Dirt in laminate on printed vinyl

I used the superfrog juice (roll/brush on application) and had some bubbles, as well as some dirt got on the print before it had dried, is there anyway to fix this?

reprint and try again  - - - I only used frogjuice for my window perf but made sure it was a clean area where I applied it.
