krevsticker 0 Posted May 2, 2020 Hiya! So I have this cutter, I've been using it for almost 4 years now, with no issues. Normally, measuring the cutting dimensions, the cutter will go from side to side, calibrating with the two edge rollers. Now, all of a sudden, It can't do it. It might go all the way across, but then it stutters at the wall, stutters at the first roller, stops, makes a high pitched noise, and then Stays in place. Or something of the likes. It won't measure the second roller... or if it does, it calibrates it 2 inches off of there it is. (video examples attached) I contacted their customer support and they suggested that It could be that the gears for the motor are slipping. I checked and tightened the already tight connection that the gears had + tested it with the same results. Anyone have this sort of problem/solution for this problem?
