This problem I fixed this afternoon 3-3-2020.I order a new replacement board it didn’t help by much so I then order the X motor. I replaced the motor at the top that drives the cutter head still didn’t work same error. I said okay then let see the other motor which drive the paper roll and it turned out the bed the same motor so I replaced it and problem solved. Before anything please buy one motor and replaced one of same problem swap the other motor with the first motor you remove. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
