Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted March 15, 2020 I just downloaded it but can't see anything under cutters because my cutter is in the basement and not hooked up = which made me think have you tried another usb cable? How long is your usb cable?
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted March 15, 2020 Yes, it won't show up until turned on and ready. I am on Windows 7 though.
bikemike 711 Posted March 15, 2020 Mine shows up even when disconnected. But could be that I have used it in the past.

Mine is trying to sync, because it needs the latest firmware. I am NOT going to do that. FC7000 MK2 Series (w/latest firmware)

MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted March 15, 2020 Another question. Do you have the cutting controller set to GP-GL also? Those commands are on the cutter as well as the cutting controller. And my cutter showed up in cutters, by already having Graphtec Studio open and then turning on the vinyl cutter.
