Need some help choosing So I'm A super newbe to cutters

I do custom record art which I've been using templated adhisive backed labels for printing but can no longer get .... They have to be very accuratly cut so if I  do a layup in cricket or whatever this site recommends ... And print will it cut the labels out or is there a better way
