PedroGee 0 Posted September 23, 2019 I have been gifted a Refine Pro24 Plotter complete with Artcut software. Unfortunately the generous gift did not include any instructions for setting up or using the plotter so a a totally new user, I am not even sure how to load the paper/vinyl. MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted September 23, 2019 That pretty much the same cutter as The Refine MH. If you go to Google you can find plenty of instructions on how to set it up. Do searches. It is not a "printer". It is a vinyl cutter/plotter. There are youtube videos. That Artcut software is pretty much garbage.
