871-MK 2 Will not cut only test mode

871-MK 2 will only cut in test mode. I set up screen to cut, once ok is pushed the nothing happens , computer thinks it is cutting , machine doesn’t move. If I het test mode it will cut but in nothing else. Help

What program are you using? How are you connected to the cutter, usb or serial? Sounds like you simply are not talking to the cutter.
