"Forever Multi Trans" on Glass

Hi all, I have just started working with the Forever Multi on shot glasses. I finally got them to start coming out well but 

have noticed that there is a gummy layer on top of the graphic. You can feel it over the top of the glass, and see a 

pattern on the graphics. I have peeled some of it off, and it is awesome underneath, but it is very difficult to get off.

I have used rubbing alcohol but still very difficult. Can anyone

tell me, is this supposed to just stay on?

Honestly that’s something you might have to ask forever or a sale representative.
