How to transfer file to new computer

so i am adding a second computer and having trouble transferring my existing files to the new computer. Please help

I am using the Vinylmaster program

just export it at an .eps on a thumb drive and import on the other computer - I always save my files in .eps so I can use it no matter which program I happen to be using down the road

Download them to a thumb drive, external hard drive. Sata to Sata transfer.   I even save my new files in email drafts, so I can get them from any computer.
