You're in the cloud. (network)

Not on the LOCAL computer.

Depends on where you are, storms could be stopping internet connection to the SAI Cloud server.  Or even your server for your internet.  There were a lot of storms in the US last evening and night. If you still can't get it, contact SAI tech support.

I'd already contact sai tech support but they di not help me,, they told me to contact the manufacturer...

Slice&dice.. on other computer (network)?

I'm not much of a techie, but to my understanding of cloud computing it means you are on a network.

Contact which manufacturer?   I see that is Flexistarter Pcut  Cloud version.    Are you using a Creation Pcut with it?
