SSDIPainGUy 2 Posted April 7, 2019 I need to cut something 22" wide on a 24" roll of vinyl. Do I load the vinyl even with the blade's home location? I can't find any info...
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted April 7, 2019 I would load like everything else - pinch rollers near the outside edges, jog the vinyl back and forth to make sure I have the vinyl tracking straight ( I would actually jog the vinyl the length of the job to ensure) - and cut away - with the mh on a very long run you will want the very least amount of blade exposure possible for less drag as that effects tracking and hopefully you have not messed with the pressure adjustments on the pressure rollers. We see so many people loosen those to get rid of the marks they rollers make that are normal and mess up their tracking
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted April 7, 2019 Do as above, and make sure you push the ORIGIN button on your vinyl cutter, before you send your file.
