Waters 0 Posted March 10, 2019 If someone could help that would be greatly appreciated, Having trouble connecting my ProCut PC-700 to signblazer. Have gone through changing the com ports, updated the driver to the USB adapter, have tried all of the available cutter models listed. When I have 'direct' selected, the initializing error comes up, with 'Use Cut Manager' selected the job is sent but nothing happens. (not really sure on the difference either) Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong/ missing Cheers
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted March 10, 2019 If you use this version of Signblazer. PROCUT 700 is listed on it. Other than that. I don't know anything about that vinyl cutter. http://www.uscuttersupport.com/downloads/Software/SignBlazer/signblazer_setup.exe
slice&dice 2,450 Posted March 10, 2019 I seem to recall that SBE needs Com4 or under, go into you Device Manager in Windows and manually change to something less than 5. Also, why is width on a 24" cutter showing 640" Also, 'advance after job' doesn't have to be over 1/2-foot

darcshadow 1,625 Posted March 11, 2019 Go with direct, cut manager is like a printer spooler, and I don't recall if it actually works correctly with SB or not. The initialization error is most likely because the cutter you have selected is not a compatible cutter with the pc-
