darcshadow 1,626 Posted January 29, 2019 Weird that it keeps going back to that corner, but it kind of looks like your blade is not picking up. When you turn the cutter on, does the blade lift up? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted January 29, 2019 Is the carriage head staying down the whole time that it is cutting. How is the blade depth set? This is the correct way. Have you tried factory default reset? Hold down the UP arrow while turning on the power button. . To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting. You should only be cutting the vinyl and barely a mark on wax paper backing, Adjust blade to get there, Then put the blade holder back in machine, and use the force of the machine to get there, same results, only cutting the vinyl and barely a mark in wax paper backing.
