haumana 1,220 Posted January 25, 2019 Looks like both the Win and Mac shows it as a Plus. I was curious, so I dug out all the Graphtec paperwork that shipped with it. It's basically a single sheet telling you to register, that Graphtec Pro Studio and the Cutting Master 4 is the software that corresponds to my cutter, and the link to get that stuff. On another sheet, there's the SAI link and activation code info. My bad, the activation code was not my serial number, but the code printed on the paper. Graphtec told me that if none of the activation codes worked, then to call them with my serial number and they would send me an activation code. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
