theresasallach 0 Posted January 6, 2019 I have had the Titan 3 for about 5 or 6 months, use the USB with my laptop with the vinyl master program. Today my laptop says USB device malfunction. And the vinyl master program says USB not connected. Device not detected. I have closed out the program, restarted my computer, shut down and rebooted the machine, disconnected the machine, the USB cord, etc. I have checked the settings and the programs port option is on the USB port setting. This just happened this morning. It was cutting yesterday. . . . . . . I do have the other cord that looks like a hard wired printer cord but I don't have the adapter for my laptop to connect. Could my cord be bad? I have put the cord in the other USB ports on my computer and it won't cut from any of them. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
