If it is apprentice, then it is like Flexistarter. I have used Flexistarter for 12 years Why do you say it doesn't work? It probably came from Signwarehouse, they are your tech support. Have you contacted them? The R series Vinyl Express, is a Red Sail, sold by Signwarehouse, It is about as bottom of the barrel of a vinyl cutter, as the MH series cutter here.
