Combining a picture with text ro creat one

I have just like a clip art picture and some text I put under it and im looking to put them together and print as one picture but every time I try and vector it it says it cant

What version of VM are you running? Are you printing this or cutting it out of vinyl?

Clip art is typically a vector already so you shouldn't need to vector it.

Also are you actually printing or cutting? Big difference.
