crambo117 0 Posted September 14, 2018 hey everyone, ive had my sc34 for 3 years or so. ive always had the same problem. larger (100kb+) cuts end up dropping the blade when jogging to the next object. which cuts through and wastes tons of material. normally i cut small simple designs, but right now im doing a 16ft trailer and cant even get a single line of words without it slicing it. any suggestions would be great! Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted September 14, 2018 how did you set your blade exposure?
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted September 15, 2018 That cutter may not even have enough memory to do a design that large. Also best to put on a serial cable or a Tripp-Lite Keyspan Adapter. The SC cutter has a cheap Chinese chipset. It is not TRUE USB like higher end cutters. And like above, Do you have your blade set correctly? Tell us how you set it.
