Silver State IT 0 Posted April 21, 2018 I had a cutter stored for several months and brought it out of storage to use it again. On small 4" or less cuts it works fine, but on the bigger cuts it cuts for awhile and just stops. It's doing it more frequently now and I got to find out what's wrong. I talked to support here at US Cutter as I bought the machine from them, but they couldn't help me. I'm sure others have had this problem, can you please help me...it's very frustrating. MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted April 21, 2018 No mention of which cutter. Or where it was stored, outside? If on a USB cable it is always best to put it on a serial cable or a Tripp-Lite Keyspan Adapter. That is the brand name and the only one that works good with a vinyl cutter. Value cutters have a cheap Chinese chip.

haumana 1,220 Posted April 24, 2018 not sure if the LP2 has them, but make sure the blade carriage isn't hitting the kill switch.
