So I got my cutter MH-721 MK2, running tests after tests its not cutting anything properly so i decided to run some tests with the pen and paper and all its doing is making squiggly lines everywhere...I really dont want to go through the hassle of returning this if Im doing something wrong I much rather fix it if not ill have to find a different cutter and I REALLY DONT want to do that.

Have you run a test cut from the control panel. That will let you know if it's hardware or software.

Looks good....if it were a circuit board

That was the first thing that came to mind as well when I looked at it.

But yeah, as others have said, need more info.

And I'd suggest the same as signyyouup, with the pen installed what do you get when you hit the test button on the cutter? Start with the easy stuff. :)
