I bought my us cutter and vinylmaster software last summer. I've used it very little because the software won't stay activated. I have had the computer checked and it's fine. When it is activated I love it and it works fine. I have many tickets with the company for same issue. They re set and it usually work until I shut computer down or there is a power outage.  Can I return everything ? The last ticket I got no response at all. Not a happy customer. Any suggestions? It is nearly impossible to get a live person on The phone.

I am sure vinylmaster will be along shortly to answer your question about activation problems as the are very active on the user forum, uscutter company employees don’t usually stop by but to answer your question from reading others responses I am sure it is way past a return date on any cutter purchased last summer, that along with you would pay $80in shipping to return along with any restocking fees it would make more sense to let vinylmaster work with you on the problem as that is where the issue would be, not in the cutter

And, while I know it sucks to pay for something and not have it work correctly, you could always give a different piece of software a try. Signblazer, is old and no longer supported, but it's free and works surprisingly well given it's age.

Just a shot in the dark here. Is that computer on line? does it need to be for the activation to take effect permanently?
