Recently, after re-calibrating my SC series plotter, the inside portions of some of my cuts have turned out misaligned. I am not even sure where to begin to adjust a setting to fix this. Any ideas?

PS- It is not every cut but randomly.

Example included: first picture is a picture of the cut product and the second is the JPG used as the template.

Did you re-calibrate in your cutting software?    Your showing the jpeg.  but what does the vector file look like? You do not state how fast your speed is.  Try slowing it down, maybe slipping on tracking..  Maybe too much blade exposed,  No mention how you set the blade depth.  Check the grit rollers and make sure the set screws are tight in them.   Does it do the same when your using the pen tool.?

When it finishes the cut on the outside of that thing do the ends line up good or has it gotten off during the process?

" after re-calibrating my SC series plotter, "

What does that mean, actually? What steps were taken to 're-calibrate' ?
