Finished cut size is larger than what is designed.

I am using VinylMaster Pro and US Cutter model SC25.  This is not a huge deal, I can live with it, but maybe there is an adjustment I am missing.  The finished cut size is always larger than what I have designed/specified in VinylMaster.  It basically cuts everything about 3/16" per foot larger both width and height.  If I layout a box say, 18" x 48" I can count on it being cut about 18-1/2" x 49".  I've lived with this for 3 years so like I said not a big deal.  Thanks in advance for any advice!

There should be a calibration setting in the program.  I had to do my Laserpoint in scal, made life easier.
