Heleen 0 Posted November 25, 2017 Hello, i am new here. I bougt a graphtec 5000 60 plotter with no CD. I downloaded all the drivers and software from graphtec.com. The program cutting master 2 cut a test for me and that was okay, but i will work with Graphtec Studio. When i want to cut, he say Syncing...... Can anyone help me? I am working with windows 10, and i downloaded the next files. OPS662 (v3.00) Drivers, and the OPS664 (v2 20B) cutting plotter controller, and Graphtec Studio for windows 10 The version my machine is 60 V3 20 GL Sorry, my english is not so good, but i try the explain the problem. Can anyone help me please? If your using Graphtec cutting software, make sure the COMMAND in the cutter menu is on GP-GL... Other software is HP-GL.
