MH871 with Flexi PRO Problem

Hello,

 

 

Have a client with MH 871 and Flexi PRO on Windows 10. Strange problem where the first job to the cutter is done right but the other jobs go in a diagonal squiggly line. If I close Flexi and turn off and turn on the cutter and send a first job it is good but then the other jobs have a problem. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Which version of FlexisignPro?  And does it have a USB dongle , like a flash drive.?    Flexisignpro on a MH871 vinyl cutter throws up red flags.  People don't buy $2500 software for a bottom of the barrel vinyl cutter, which an MH871 cutter is. .  More than likely  Flexi pirated/counterfeit software,

I will check the exact version when I go back tomorrow. It is 10.something. The software is licensed.
