MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted July 18, 2017 Well we have no idea what "other" methods you have used,,Could be a lot of reasons., But write port errors will occur when you are plugging the cutter in, while the computer is on. The com port number will jump to the next number. Now go into your computer device manager and make sure the com port numbers match in your computer and Flexi, And from now on, only plug the cutter in when the computer is turned off. Then turn the computer and cutter on. Also go to the production manager and delete any errors there, before sending to cut again. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
