Problems Cutting a Logo (VinylMaster Pro 4.)

I am unable to cut a 2m x 2m logo on VM Pro. I can send to cutfile but there is nothing in the vinyl spooler once Ive done this. Any suggestions? Thanks

is it a vector file - you cannot cut raster images without digitizing them

Is VM activated?

Mine somehow lost it's activation last week. Once I reactivated it I was able to send jobs to my plotter.

Use Cut Documents and Tiling.

Click the Help (menu) > Help Topics in the software to bring up the manual.

From the Keyword search type Tile and click Overwide/Overlong Cutfiles (Tile Overlap)
