BeKlassik 1 Posted April 8, 2017 I am new to vinyl cutting and I purchased this a few weeks ago. This is my first time trying to use the machine and it keeps doing this. When I send an image to cut, the cutter arm moves back and forth about an inch, repeatedly hitting the red reset button on the right side. The arm doesn't come anywhere near the paper.
