Hi, I have a problem with MH 721-MK2 cutting plotter What happens is that I do the test on vinyl, the star sells me distorted, try changing the blades, try to see a video I saw in this forum, opening the box and adjusting the golden layer and still did not get the results expected, Les I attach a photograph of how you are cutting the star, I hope you help me please I am desperate. HELP

Hola que tal tengo un problema con plotter de corte MH 721-MK2

Lo que pasa es que al hacer el test en vinil, la estrella me sale distorsionada, intente cambiando de cuchillas, intente viendo un vídeo que vi en este foro, abriendo la caja y ajustando la tuerca dorada y aun así no conseguí los resultados esperados, les adjunto una fotografía de como esta cortando la estrella, espero me ayuden por favor estoy desesperado. AYUDA

as some of the angels cut are correct I am going to rule out offset so then we look to something moving that shouldn't be - first are the pinch rollers tight so the vinyl is feeding correctly?  second is the carriage rollers all on the track as they should be as they do sometime come off during shipping,  third do not make the plotter pull the vinyl off of the roll always prefeed the vinyl. fourth check the knurl rollers to make sure the set screws on them are tight the the knurl rollers are secure on the shaft they are mounted to

Creo Que El rodillo moleteado this Un poco flojo del Lado Donde se Conecta a la corriente la maquina, te digo ESTO Por Que Al Momento de tocarlo Como Que se sube y baja Como Si algo estuviese flojo, es correcto ESE movimiento? Si No Es Así Como podria Solucionar ESE error?

 

Creo que el rodillo moleteado es un poco floja desde el lado en el que el aparato está conectado a la corriente, te digo esto porque en el momento de tocar las cosas como sube y baja como si algo estaba suelto, es que el movimiento correcto? Si no es así ¿cómo podrías arreglar ese error?

I would take the side panels off and investigate that  - never seen one move like that

Hey!! Encontré el problema, destape la parte lateral de la maquina y note que la banda estaba un poco floja así que procedí a sacar la tapa de abajo y verifique que pasaba y resulta que el perno que sostiene al rodillo la base de color negra estaba rota y la pude reparar colocando un pegamento muy fuerte a presión con el perno y las tuercas y ahora trabajar muy bien, no se hasta cuando pero esperemos que dure mucho tiempo mas. SALUDOS.
