d cartel 1 Posted April 2, 2017 hello, my name is david and im a 1st time vinyl user. the problem that im having is when I press the vinyl on to the shit its sticky to the touch. I don't know wut type of vinyl it is exactly I order a cutter on ebay from uscutters and it came wit sort of like a starter pack. I need some help and any would be grateful..... thanks an advance....
