Question about my 7110 printer

I was wondering if you could print on printable heat transfer vinyl with a 7110 thanks for any info!

No, the printable vinyl is still going to need to be printed with a commercial printer capable of biting in to the vinyl like a solvent or eco solvent printer. There are transfer papers that will work with an inkjet printer but should be sure you have pigment based ink (Epson Durabrite is a factory pigment ink). Jet Pro Soft Stretch (JPSS) for white or light colors and 3G for dark clothing. The JPSS is pretty good option for white shirts. The 3G is about the best option for darks but I don't love the feel.
