Ironbar 12 Posted February 2, 2017 Just curious: For those of you that own a Sawgrass printer, how many 8.5 x 11 prints do you get out of a set of the standard cartridges? I know it varies by what you print, etc. Just an approximation. Also, how long are the cartridges generally good for? From what I understand the unit can sit for months with no problems. I can't get over $325 for a set of cartridges. Wow. Thanks.
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted February 2, 2017 I really can't say how many prints you get out of a set of carts but not throwing away printers because of clogged heads is a major plus as far as how many prints - that is about like asking how many licks in a tootsie pop
Ironbar 12 Posted February 2, 2017 That's what I figured the answer would be. I guess I was just hoping not to hear.... "ah, maybe 25 at best."
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted February 2, 2017 way way more than that -= they hold a lot of gel ink and I have heard more prints per ml of ink. it is actually amazing how many people that bought the epsons first with aftermarket ink have came over to ricoh if they kept doing sublimation
xpaperman 719 Posted February 2, 2017 I was told by a dealer that your cost per print (8 1/2 x 11) including paper is about a buck a page.....
