graphtec ce5000-60 carriage problem

Helping a friend fix a c5000-60 that the carriage is moving a lot like its loose it's ther a way to fix it ? Thanks !

Will the belt be the problem that makes the cariage wiggle im afraid to remove something that will brake like the small connectors they have some silicon   or glue in the cables

I'm doing test cuts befor I unscrew something this is the cut test result whit different offset        + & -

Thanks mfatty500, got it fix :thumbsup: the blade holder was damage, plus there was a missing screw that hold the carriage belt

Do you have the cutter set to  Command> GP-GL for Graphtec software?  You must..   This cutter will also run from Signblazer.  Others use it with Signblazer.    We use this model with Flexi software.

yes and it will not cut i cannot install it to my pc  or laptop, i will trade it for a graphtec or Roland :)

Oh,  so the cutter is a rebranded Graphtec?  A Gerber version.   Correct will not work with Graphtec software.

You could try going to the real VinylMaster.com site   and downloading a trial of Vinylmaster.    If you are stating that your cutter is a rebranded Graphtec for Gerber, then it would be listed under Gerber Tempo 600.  in the set up wizard..and runs under Command HP-GL

I'm having a similar problem.  Looks like a screw might be missing on the under side of the blade carrier, where the left wheel is.  Anyone know what size screw that is?
