A friends dad has this company...

Can anyone tell me a easy way to convert it to just black and white. .... no shadows but keeping some detail so the Dino still looks like a Dino

Make sence ?

Black and white is easy, most any photo editing tool can do that. But I'm guessing what you're actually wanting is an image that can be cut. No easy way to do that. It's going to have to manually traced or redrawn.

darkShadow is right in that there's no easy way...

Desaturate and Contrast adjustments in Photoshop (or other raster based, photo editing Software)

are a good starting point.

From there, straight up Vectoring in 2 colors will yield a result but likely require lots of Post-Production Clean-up.

Thanks. I needed to take a break from programming financial queries in BI Publisher for a few minutes.
