Pebbles1488 6 Posted December 20, 2016 I had to wipe out my computer and reinstall everything. I reinstalled my 6.05 UK version of the SBE and chose the Redsail RS720c cutter, my computer sees it on Port #003 USB #003 it says, but I cannot get it to cut. What am I doing wrong? Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted December 20, 2016 betting you didn't install the usb chipset drivers for the redsail - it has an emulation chipset built in like most value cutters and needs the drivers for that installed to work 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
