yenned45 2 Posted November 22, 2016 Greetings community! I am using Vinyl Master LTR. When I am free drawing a line say 36" across, what is the method to ensure it will be straight? Thank you all very much!!
Athena's Gifts and Garden 13 Posted November 22, 2016 I couldn't figure out how to snap lines in VM, not sure it has that feature. I have been doing that stuff in Inkscape and transferring to VM. I too would like to know if that is possible.
crome 53 Posted November 22, 2016 For a straight line, I use the curve feature of the pencil tool instead of freehand. Left click to start your first node and then stretch the line out as long as you want it, then left click again for the finish node. Just right click as you move off the last node and the line you just made is ready to do what you want with it.

Thank you!!!
VinylMaster 148 Posted November 22, 2016 Also hold down the Alt key for the line to snap horizontal or vertical (when you get close to the axis).
