jkevinoc 0 Posted November 9, 2016 New to the forum! Kevin O'Connell South Orange NJ www.kevinoconnell.info I just plugged in a NIB Roland GS24 purchased today. Working with a Mac and SignCutPro & AICC, the cutter connected immediately and started cutting, except it was cutting 90 degrees off the alignment of the artwork, crosswise instead of lengthwise. I use 15" matl, and cutting files 13" x 60". Can anyone please tell me if i need to change cutter settings or explore software fix? The cuts are beautiful, just sideways! Thank you all!
