sam2016 0 Posted October 1, 2016 I have a problem with my new uscutter MH 871 that I recently bought. The problem could be summarized as follow: 1. There is a big loud sound once the power switch is turned on. 2. Once the test button is pressed the cutter produce some strange drawing. I am attached sample. 3.At the pressing of setup button on the control panel, the machine produce big and load sound. I am looking for your help as I have tried many ways but without success. slice&dice 2,450 Posted October 1, 2016 Sam, unfortunately your cutter may be defective out of the box. This requires USCUTTER to get involved, as your machine may need to be replaced. However, since you came here for advice and assistance, let's try. My first troubleshoot is making sure the carriage sits correctly on track --- check the small white wheels and verify they are seated in the rail. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
